Specialist Service
Commercial Painting
Offices, shops, warehouses and industrial units painted around your trading hours.
Overview
Commercial work is about two things: a finish that holds up to traffic, and a schedule that does not cost you trading days. We plan the job around your hours, including early starts and staged areas, so the business keeps running while the painting happens.
Offices, shops, warehouses and industrial units all take different systems. High-traffic areas get harder-wearing commercial grades, and plant rooms, amenities and exteriors each get the product suited to the surface.
You get one written scope before work starts, and a single point of contact through the job.
How a job runs
From first call to handover
Walk through and quote
Kartik looks at the job in person or from clear photos, talks through colours, and sends a written quote. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.
Protect and prep
Drop sheets, masking, filling, sanding and priming. The unglamorous hours are what the finish depends on, so they are not rushed.
Paint
Two topcoats, brushed, rolled or sprayed depending on the surface. Coverage is checked in natural light between coats.
Handover
Masking off, sheets up, everything cleaned, and a lap of the job with you before it is called done.
