Overview
Most of our work is homes: a family freshening up before selling, a new build that needs its first real coats, or a whole house that has not been touched in ten years. The job starts with a walk through and a written quote, room by room, so the number you approve is the number on the invoice.
On the day, floors and furniture are sheeted, edges are masked, and every surface is filled, sanded and primed before a topcoat goes on. Two coats is the standard, and we check coverage in natural light before we pack up.
We work around your household. Rooms are finished one at a time where possible, so the house stays liveable while the work runs.
How a job runs
From first call to handover
Walk through and quote
Kartik looks at the job in person or from clear photos, talks through colours, and sends a written quote. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.
Protect and prep
Drop sheets, masking, filling, sanding and priming. The unglamorous hours are what the finish depends on, so they are not rushed.
Paint
Two topcoats, brushed, rolled or sprayed depending on the surface. Coverage is checked in natural light between coats.
Handover
Masking off, sheets up, everything cleaned, and a lap of the job with you before it is called done.

Can you paint one room at a time so we can stay at home?
Yes. Rooms are finished one at a time where possible, so the house stays liveable while the work runs.

Can you quote from photos?
Yes. Quotes can be done on-site or from clear photos, and either way you get the price in writing before work is booked.
